MTS today rolled out its CDMA Mobile service in Tamilnadu with lucrative offers just to be different from other operators and to attract the market sentiment MTS is offering Lifetime with10,00,000 Free Minutes to take the competition head on with existing operators in TamilNadu MTS is offering extremely lucrative offers and startup packs.
